Mary Ann was an excellent host! She answered all my questions and made us feel welcome! This cabin was amazing! Anything you can think of they had it covered! Fire pit set up so we could easily light it , coffee bar and had fresh cookies ! My husband is in wheelchair and we brought ramps to get inside. Her and her husband met us there to make sure it would work for us ! Would highly recommend!

Enjoyed seeing a doe and 2 fawns last evening right by the cornfield. So relaxing and enjoyable, everything we needed was there!

Oh my goodness this was a perfect weekend!! Delphi has wonderful restaurants that she suggested for us! The cabin was perfect and so peaceful. I am already planning a long weekend to return.

A Perfect Summer Getaway
My sister and I needed a place to unplug, reconnect, and just be, and Mary Ann’s cabin was exactly the peaceful retreat we were looking for. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, not just by the thoughtful amenities and the beautiful surroundings, but by Mary Ann’s genuine kindness and hospitality.
The cabin itself is the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. We slept like babies (even the rollaway cot was cozy!), cooked great meals, and enjoyed competitive games of pool and cornhole. The fire pit area, with its glider and view of the woods, was an ideal spot for late-night sibling chats. Even with the intense summer heat and a solid case of corn sweat, we couldn't have asked for a better stay.
Mary Ann was communicative, generous with local recommendations, and incredibly thoughtful throughout our visit. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, and she made sure we had what we needed, even offering to bring laundry detergent.

Exceeded all of my expectations. I'd give 6 stars if I could.
Location - Easy to find. Remote and quiet, but not far from amenities in Delphi. Getting to a cabin can sometimes be an adventure, but this one was easy to find and all roads were paved right up to the driveway.
The cabin - Super clean and everything that we needed was available. Streaming services provided, an Alexa device for music, billiards, ping pong, a fire ring with wood provided, covered outdoor sitting spaces (it rained a lot during our visit), a grill, and every single kitchen implement that we needed during our stay all added up to a relaxing visit. The pictures make it look great, but they almost don't do it justice. Very nice place.
The host - Mary Ann was very proactive. She anticipated most of our needs and provided everything we needed for our stay. Very responsive when we reached out prior to the trip with questions. The little gift box of local treats was the cherry on top.
